Frequently asked questions: Pressure Washing.

How do I know if my home needs pressure washing or soft washing?

We inspect every surface first and recommend the safest, most effective cleaning method. We never use unnecessary pressure where a soft wash is the better option.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing is best for durable surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure and professional cleaning solutions for more delicate surfaces like vinyl siding, roofs, and painted areas.

Do you use harsh chemicals on my property?

No. We use professional-grade cleaning solutions that are effective on dirt, algae, mold, and mildew while being applied responsibly and with the proper dilution for each surface.

Are your cleaning solutions safe for plants and landscaping?

Yes. We take precautions before, during, and after cleaning to help protect grass, plants, flowers, and all surrounding landscaping.

What surfaces can you clean?

We clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, pavers, fences, retaining walls, siding, roofs, and many other exterior surfaces.

Can you remove mold, algae, and mildew completely?

Yes. We don’t just rinse surfaces — we target the source of organic growth to provide a deeper, longer-lasting clean whenever possible.

What Chemicals do you use to clean?

When appropriate, industry-standard soft washing solutions may include sodium hypochlorite-based cleaners to effectively remove algae, mold, and mildew. These are properly diluted and professionally applied and rinsed for safe, effective results.

Will your cleaning solutions harm my pets?

No, We always use professional products responsibly and  always recommend keeping pets inside during service and until all surfaces have been fully rinsed.
